Role Description
GIG-Jordan is seeking a senior, hands-on Digital Experience, Performance & Campaigns digital marketing expert with strong professional digital marketing expertise.
This role is for someone who understands digital marketing deeply—from personas and funnels to conversion optimization, tracking, and paid promotions—and can execute everything hands-on across the DXP website and digital media platforms.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Work hands-on on the DXP platform to update, publish, and optimize all website content
- Build and manage landing pages, campaign pages, product pages, forms, and banners
- Own website structure, content hierarchy, and publishing workflows
- Set up, launch, manage, and optimize all digital marketing campaigns, including:
Google Search, Display, and YouTube
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn, remarketing, and digital promotions
- Develop and apply customer personas, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies
- Design and optimize funnels and conversion paths from click to lead or action
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI optimization
- Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance
- Track conversions, events, and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels
- Implement A/B testing and continuous conversion optimization initiatives
- Ensure strong UX/UI, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility across all digital touchpoints
- Write and optimize digital content and copy in Arabic and English, aligned with personas and intent
- Translate insurance products into clear, persuasive, customer-centric digital messaging
- Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management
- Ensure digital governance, accuracy, and compliance
- Coordinate with IT, compliance, and external vendors when needed

🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Strong, professional experience in digital marketing (beyond execution or coordination)
• Proven hands-on experience working with a DXP / CMS platform
(Sitefinity, Adobe Experience Manager, Optimizely, Kentico, or similar)
• Deep understanding of:
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Funnels and customer journeys
• Audience personas and segmentation
• Paid media and digital promotions
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing budgets
• Strong knowledge of analytics, tracking, and measurement
(GA4, Tag Manager, conversion events, pixels)
• Solid UX understanding with the ability to optimize without heavy developer dependency
• Excellent Arabic & English digital writing and editing skills
• High attention to detail, strong ownership, and accountability
- Ability to work independently in a regulated, compliance-driven environment
