Job Purpose:
Provide strategic leadership for FM consultancy across projects and regions. Shape the firm’s FM vision, frameworks, and standards, ensuring alignment with international best practices, digital transformation goals, and long-term client value creation, ultimately holding responsibility for regional FM practice growth and profit & loss performance.
Responsibilities:
- Define FM consultancy strategy, frameworks, and governance mechanisms for consistent delivery across projects.
- Lead high-value FM advisory commissions, including audits, benchmarking, transformation, and digital enablement programs.
- Oversee development of corporate FM standards, playbooks, and performance measurement systems aligned with ISO 41001 and ISO 55001.
- Hold responsibility for the regional ISO 41001 implementation and internal audit alignment.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the FM Sector, including staff utilization rates, revenue targets, and project profitability, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Guide the integration of FM advisory with lifecycle costing, asset management, and sustainability strategies.
- Represent the firm in client presentations, tenders, and industry events as a thought leader in FM consultancy.
- Drive innovation by embedding smart technologies, data analytics, and ESG considerations into FM practices.
- Lead cross-office coordination, knowledge management, and staff development initiatives.
- Support business development through proposal input, FM scope definition, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure alignment of FM advisory outcomes with corporate objectives, governance, and quality management systems.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree preferred in Facilities Management, Engineering or a relevant field.
- 15+ years of progressive FM leadership; proven portfolio oversight.
- Proven expertise in FM frameworks, lifecycle costing, procurement strategy, and digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of ISO 41001/55001, sustainability, and performance management systems.
- CAFM strategy-level use, PMP/IFMA/FMP, ISO systems; Smart Building familiarity preferred.
