Job Summary:
Data Center Technologies (DC Technologies) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and manage strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and audio-visual services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue and expand market reach
- Present and promote company solutions based on client business needs
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to closing deals
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Develop and execute account strategies to increase client value and retention
- Lead forecasting activities by providing accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue projections
- Identify key decision-makers within client organizations and build strategic relationships
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain a yearly sales pipeline exceeding targets, with a minimum 40% closure rate
- Conduct regular client meetings (minimum 20 meetings per month)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales/account management within the IT sector
- Strong understanding of IT solutions (infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and perform under pressure
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B enterprise sales
- Existing network of clients in Jordan/GCC markets
- Certifications or exposure to leading technologies/vendors (e.g., Dell, Cisco, Microsoft)
