About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients
- Support the identification and development of new business opportunities
- Present and explain company products and services based on customer needs
- Assist in managing the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to propose suitable solutions
- Support contract discussions, pricing coordination, and commercial follow-ups
- Track customer feedback and market trends to support sales strategies
- Work toward achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and pipeline updates using CRM tools
- Identify key contacts within client organizations and build long-term relationships
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in IT solutions or infrastructure sales.
- Experience in IT solutions, software, or infrastructure sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Good research skills.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently and within a team
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications (Mandatory):
- Experience in B2B Sales.
- Experience in IT solutions, infrastructure sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
