How You’ll Contribute

As a Sr. Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Planning and execution of projects within the HCBL team. This could include client management, team management, and workstream delivery.

Data analysis and interpretation: Senior associates may be responsible for data analysis and interpretation in order to provide insights and recommendations. They may use various tools and techniques to analyze data and identify patterns or trends.

Developing project deliverables: Senior associates will be expected to contribute to the development of project deliverables such as presentations, reports, and other materials. They will need to ensure that these deliverables are of high quality and meet the needs of the client.

Conducting research: Senior associates may be required to conduct research on various topics. This could involve gathering information from various sources, analyzing data, and synthesizing insights.

You will need to build and maintain relationships in order to understand needs and provide high-quality service.

Mentoring and coaching junior team members: Senior associates may be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior team members. They will need to provide guidance and support to help junior team members develop their skills and progress in their careers.

What You’ll Bring

Years of experience: 4 + years of experience preferably with a background in consulting.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant major with a preference for a Masters.

Analytical skills: the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends, issues, and opportunities.

Communication skills: the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.

Technical skills: knowledge of HR processes, data analysis, and relevant software applications.

Attention to detail: ability to accurately and efficiently complete tasks and deliver high-quality work.

Problem-solving skills: the ability to identify problems, develop and implement solutions, and evaluate their effectiveness.

Project management skills: the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Teamwork: the ability to work collaboratively with others and build effective working relationships.

Adaptability: the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
