We are currently looking to hire “Senior UI/UX Designer“ to join our HR Team to carry
The Following Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement UX/UI best practices and standards across projects. Provide mentorship and direction to designers to ensure consistent, high-quality user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to uncover user needs and pain points. Translate insights into actionable improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all digital platforms.
- Collaboration and work closely with developers, product managers, and key stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives. Act as a bridge between design and development for smooth implementation.
- Stay current and innovations with industry trends, emerging tools, and design methodologies. Continuously optimize design workflows and advocate for scalable, forward-thinking UX/UI solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve the organization's design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital products.
- Conduct, and coordinate user interviews, A/B testing, surveys, and other related UX activities to gather insights and support design decisions.
- Perform any additional relevant tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications And Requirements
- B.S in User Experience Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- 4-6 years of experience in a related field is required.
- UX/UI certificate is preferred but not mandatory
- Google UX Design certificate is preferred but not mandatory
- Interaction Design Foundation certificate is preferred but not mandatory
- English
- Arabic
