Role Description
The Hub is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Amman, Jordan.
This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing all core HR functions, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition for creative and operational roles within the agency.
The role also includes developing and enforcing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and personnel management, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and supporting organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted HR partner across departments, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on advertising and creative industry roles.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and local labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll coordination, and personnel records through HR systems.
- Maintain and manage HR operations using MenaItech (MenaME/MenaHR) — familiarity is mandatory.
- Oversee attendance, leaves, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
- Support managers and team leads in performance reviews, development plans, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with Jordanian Labor Law and internal company policies.
- Contribute to building a strong employer brand and positive employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency (advertising agency experience is a must).
- Proven expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition for diverse positions.
- Strong knowledge of MenaItech HR systems — MenaME / MenaHR experience is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of Jordanian Labor Law, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
