Purpose
Handle Requests for Warranty to ensure efficient warranty coordination / administration and propose actions for warranty claims processes improvement and enhancement of recalls process.
Duties
Manage and enhance claims process and warranty performance improvements activities.
Responsible for the efficient warranty coordination /administration.
Carry out all the warranty activities for the service center.
Ensure non-pending warranty claims or warranty job orders.
Ensure all claims to manufacturer are submitted on time and all details are correct.
Links the service center & the warranty department in terms of warranty only.
Consult with the manufacturer or the area Technical.
Coordinator for warranty claims in case of doubt.
Maintain in cooperation with all Workshop Controllers /Warranty Coordinators the application of all the warranty regulations as offered & requested by the manufacturers and the formulation of proper warranty claims.
Advise workshops on current problem cases, requests for special repair or official service solutions and statements from the manufacturer.
Follow up the completion of campaigns, recalls, and service actions within their deadlines
Responsible for the efficient warranty coordination / administration.
Ensure no late claims to manufacturer and also close follow up regarding credit notes
Verify on car's parts and warranty Identify recurring technical issues in the workshop and produce product information reports, technical assistance requests, calibration, and vehicles codes data.
Proper handling of warranty parts for storage, tagging, documentation, shipment, auditing, and scrapping.
Education: Engineering or Business admin or related field.
Overall years of experience: A minimum of 2 Years Experience in related field
