About the Role:
EFS Facility Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to lead and manage HR Operations while aligning people strategies with overall business objectives. The role will play a critical part in driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent management, and operational excellence across the business.
The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, supporting workforce growth, employee well-being, compliance, and the development of a high-performance work culture within a fast-paced Facilities Management and Construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR Operations in alignment with organizational goals and business strategies.
- Partner with leadership teams to support workforce planning, organizational development, and people management initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent across business functions.
- Manage manpower planning and workforce requirements for large-scale operations.
- Oversee compensation and benefits structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Manage monthly payroll operations in coordination with Finance and HR teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and employee benefits administration.
- Support HR digital transformation initiatives, HRMS optimization, reporting automation, and process improvements.
- Monitor HR metrics, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure effective maintenance of employee records, HR documentation, and reporting systems.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR Operations and Business Partnering.
- Prior experience within Facilities Management, Construction, or related industries is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing HR operations for workforce populations of at least 500+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Compliance.
- Experience working in fast-paced and multicultural operational environments
