Job description :

Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage ER cases end-to-end (investigations, discipline, grievances, conflict resolution), ensure consistent policy application and full legal compliance, oversee probation/renewals/warnings/terminations, track ER risk trends (e.g., attendance hotspots), and control compliant offboarding (resignations, exit interviews, clearances).
Recruitment Governance & Workforce Delivery: Govern the recruitment pipeline and SLAs, approve requisitions and validate JD/grade/comp alignment, standardize selection tools (screening, interviews, scoring), and align with hiring managers to improve quality-of-hire and reduce early attrition.
Governance & Service Excellence: Set and monitor HR service SLAs, deliver monthly HR dashboards (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, payroll quality), and drive continuous improvement through automation, standardized templates, and streamlined workflows.
