Overview:
As a mobile team lead, you will be leading the mobile development team to design, build, and maintain high-quality applications across platforms. Drives technical strategy, mentors team members, and ensures timely delivery of innovative mobile solutions
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of mobile developers. Provide hands-on guidance and professional development opportunities to help team members reach their career goals.
- iOS HandsOn Experience: Designing, building, and maintaining advanced iOS applications using Swift and frameworks like SwiftUI, UIKit, and Combine.
- Technical Strategy & Architecture: Define the long-term technical vision for mobile engineering. Design scalable, high-performance architectures and ensure code quality through regular reviews.
- Project Oversight: Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment, ensuring milestones and quality standards are consistently met.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, including product managers and designers, to define features and align technical decisions with business objectives.
- Performance & Innovation: Monitor app performance and security daily, targeting a 99.5%+ crash-free session rate. Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies.
- Release Management: Oversee the application publication process on the Apple App Store and Google Play, ensuring compliance with evolving store policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8+ years in mobile development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in native languages (Swift, Kotlin).
- Proficiency in modern frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform is prefered.
- Mastery of modern architecture patterns like MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI.
- Exceptional skills in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Decisive decision-making under pressure and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
