Key Accountabilities:
- Support the execution of the product development roadmap in alignment with business strategy and market priorities.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify improvement opportunities for mobile products and services.
- Design and document mobile product concepts, features, pricing structures, and value propositions.
- Prepare detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications in coordination with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT, Network, Finance, Legal, CVM, and GTM teams to ensure accurate and timely product implementation.
- Support system configuration, testing (UAT), validation, and issue resolution for mobile offers prior to launch.
- Monitor post-launch product performance (uptake, ARPU, churn, usage, complaints) and recommend enhancements or corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation, price catalogs, and portfolio records.
- Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance frameworks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product development processes and tools.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration.
- 5-7 years of experience in product development, product management, or a related role within the telecommunications or technology industry
