Job Summary
Lead and manage the Course Consultant sales organization to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the KSA market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall course consultant sales strategy targeting KSA parents
- Own revenue targets, forecasts, and performance management
- Develop and optimize telesales processes and scripts
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
- Coach Sales Team Leaders on closing techniques
- Drive continuous improvement in conversion rates
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Ensure smooth handover from Sales to Learning Partner teams
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 6 years sales experience
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
