Al Bilad is licensed by the Jordan Securities Commission to provide financial services by introducing Jordanian clients to foreign brokers, while ACY LLC remains the principal and issuer of its products.
Your Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, your role will be central to driving client engagement and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Conversion & Client Acquisition: Engage with warm prospects and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services, converting leads into long-term clients.
- Client Support: Provide high-quality support through phone, online chat, and social media channels, ensuring timely and professional assistance for client inquiries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding client experience, ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint.
- Trading Support: Address client queries related to trading, offering expert guidance and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations.
The Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Passion for Sales & Financial Markets: A strong enthusiasm for sales and a genuine interest in the financial markets, including trading and investment.
- Flexible Availability: Willingness to work across flexible hours, adapting to the needs of a dynamic, global client base.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and a natural ability to engage with clients, providing top-tier customer service.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) to serve our diverse client base.
Nice to Have
While not essential, the following skills and knowledge would be advantageous:
- Understanding of Financial Instruments: Knowledge of trading strategies and familiarity with global markets, including CFDs, shares, forex, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and indices.
