Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Product Development, Digital, ITN, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Customer Service) to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Track project progress against scope, timelines, and dependencies, and highlight risks or delays to the Team Leader.
- Demonstrate structured and organized thinking by breaking down complex initiatives into manageable tasks and deliverables.
- Support the application of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) according to project needs.
- Participate in project testing, validation, and readiness activities to ensure successful implementation.
- Prepare clear and accurate project status updates and dashboards for internal reporting and escalating when needed.
- Support issue resolution by coordinating actions across stakeholders and following up on agreed actions.
- Contribute to capturing lessons learned and improving project management processes and tools.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or Telecom Engineering,
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
- PMP and other project management certification is preferred.
