Job Purpose
The HR Performance, Talent & Analytics Specialist supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management, talent development, succession planning, and workforce-related initiatives. The role contributes analytical insights, structured reporting, and operational support to enable effective people decisions and organizational performance, working with guidance within established frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management & Talent Development:
- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing delivery of Performance Management and Talent Development policies, frameworks, and processes.
- Conduct operational and organizational analyses, including benchmarking against external best practices.
- Develop and deliver implementation support materials, guidelines, and training resources for stakeholders.
Succession Planning:
- Support the design and execution of Succession Planning policies and processes to ensure leadership and critical role continuity.
- Analyze organizational structures, roles, and talent data to inform succession decisions.
- Prepare and deliver training and support materials related to succession planning processes.
Candidate Pipeline Management:
- Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for management and professional roles.
- Utilize established talent attraction, engagement, and sourcing processes to ensure a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
- Support long-term workforce and resourcing strategies through proactive pipeline management.
HR Data Analytics & Insights:
- Support the analysis of HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of HR insights that support business issue diagnosis, employee engagement enhancement, and performance improvement.
- Prepare structured analyses and summaries for use in decision-making and reporting.
HR Data Management:
- Perform a wide range of HR data processing and data maintenance activities as directed.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and processes.
- Provide guidance to colleagues on HR data processes and systems when required.
Information & Business Advice:
- Respond to internal and external queries by providing information on complex HR processes and related policies.
- Interpret policies and procedures within defined parameters and escalate matters requiring further clarification as appropriate.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for process-related guidance.
Document Preparation & Reporting:
- Prepare and organize complex documents using standard office and HR systems.
- Gather, consolidate, and summarize data for reports, presentations, and special projects.
- Review reports prepared by others to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance to the intended audience.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, People Analytics, Organizational Development, or related roles.
- Experience working with HR data, performance frameworks, and talent-related processes is preferred.
