Technical Duties:
Job Descriptions & Organizational Structure:
- Develop, update, and maintain accurate job descriptions for all positions.
- Ensure job descriptions reflect roles, responsibilities, and required competencies.
- Support the design and review of organizational structures to optimize efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain and update organizational charts.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation structures and salary scales.
- Support job evaluation and grading processes to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Participate in salary benchmarking and market surveys.
- Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits policies and regulations.
- Assist in the management of employee benefits programs (health, insurance, allowances, etc.).
Organizational Development (OD):
- Support OD initiatives aimed at improving culture, engagement, and performance.
- Contribute to change management programs and organizational effectiveness projects.
- Assist in developing HR policies, processes, and frameworks that promote continuous improvement.
- Provide HR analytics and reports to support decision-making.
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Support the design and coordination of training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Assist in identifying training needs through performance data and feedback.
- Contribute to leadership and career development initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records
Required Educational Level &Certificates:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration or any other related field.
Required Experience:
Fresh graduate and up to 2 years of experience
