At Zetta, we are looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist to support daily people operations and play a key role in ensuring efficiency across HR, recruitment, and employee lifecycle processes. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for contributing to a thriving, people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, and HR compliance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace guidelines.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining hiring pipelines.
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate records across HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Generate and analyze HR and recruitment reports, tracking key metrics related to workforce planning, engagement, and hiring.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, career development, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Assist with HR process optimization, automation, and system improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day people operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or recruitment-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- High proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to HR and recruitment processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive employee matters.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
