Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced
HR Officer who will be responsible for supporting and managing core human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with employment laws and best practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Draft job adverts and create job descriptions
- Review job applications (CVs, cover letters, and application forms) and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Issue employment contracts and send out job offers
- Maintain, update, and audit employee personal data
- Monitor and collect time and attendance records using HR software
- Implement disciplinary actions when necessary
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and workplace regulations
- Produce and submit reports on HR activities
- Schedule HR meetings and events and maintain agendas
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, especially recruitment
- Fluency in English
