Overall Purpose Of The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in an outsourced capacity. The role will support multiple clients by managing core HR functions, ensuring compliance, and delivering a high-quality employee experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Act as an HR focal point for assigned clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and high service quality
- Support and execute end-to-end HR lifecycle (onboarding, employee relations, performance support, offboarding)
- Manage and oversee payroll coordination and validation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and labor law
- Maintain and optimize HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency
- Lead and support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordination with hiring managers
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and client-specific regulations
- Deliver a strong employee experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining engagement
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.)
- Support performance management processes, including follow-ups on evaluations and objectives (KPIs/OKRs)
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives across multiple clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery in outsourcing/secondment engagements
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships, assess needs, and ensure service excellence
Requirements
- Maximum 2 years of experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of:
- Payroll processes
- HR systems (e.g., ZenHR, SAP, Workday, etc.)
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Policies & Procedures
- Employee/Customer experience
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Willingness to travel to client locations
