Job Purpose
The Human Resources Officer – Talent Acquisition supports the recruitment and selection process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career HR professional who is bilingual in Arabic and English and interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and recruitment databases.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support offer letter preparation and follow up with selected candidates.
Employer Branding & Talent Pooling
- Support employer branding initiatives on social media and job platforms.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment drives when required.
HR Coordination & Compliance
- Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and UAE Labour Law requirements.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and hiring status updates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition (internship experience is acceptable).
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is an advantage.
