The Function Purpose
Manage and grow the activities of the Leasing Company with focus on revenue in alignment with the Bank overall strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Build, manage and sustain Leasing clients’ portfolios and relationships.
- Achieve the yearly growth target.
- Provide financing recommendations that are tailored to Leasing client's needs.
- Explore opportunities and recommend strategies for cross selling of products and services based on thorough understanding of the range of Leasing products and services, and various client analysis.
- Identify and prospect new clients by performing market research and apply different organization approaches in targeting and selecting clients.
- Oversee client acceptance and on-boarding procedures (such as conducting due diligence and reviewing documentation requirements).
- Prepare the CR for committee approval.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and compliance and AML.
Background
- Bachelor’s degree.
- (2+) years of relevant experience.
