Job Purpose
The Human Resources Intern will assist the People team in maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and maintaining personnel files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Help with archiving and updating employee records in both physical and digital formats.
- Participate in HR administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Word & Excel).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
