Position: Account Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to manage and grow our client and partner accounts. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships through regular communication, on-site visits, and strategic account management. The Account Manager will act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and partners
• Conduct regular on-site visits to understand client needs and strengthen partnerships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related communications
• Monitor account performance and proactively address issues or escalations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery meets client and partner expectations
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow account value
• Prepare account reports, presentations, and periodic business reviews
• Ensure compliance with contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Support account renewals and contribute to long-term partnership growth
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in Account Management or a similar client-facing role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to travel for client and partner visits
• Valid driving license and own car
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
• Experience in B2B environments
• Experience in logistics or food delivery apps
• Background in sales, business development, or customer success
• Strong presentation and reporting skills
• Ability to analyze account data and provide actionable insights
• Experience working with partners or distributors
