Job Summary
The ERP Specialist is responsible for optimizing and coordinating production processes through the ERP system to ensure efficient and effective operations. This role enhances integration across departments such as Procurement, Warehouse (Inventory), and Operations while improving production efficiency through data analysis and resource planning. The Specialist ensures the availability of accurate real-time data for monitoring, reporting, and maintaining high-quality production standards within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and execute manufacturing processes using the ERP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry and proper system implementation at all production stages.
- Coordinate with the warehouse department to create production orders and determine material requirements (raw materials and semi-finished products) based on system-generated orders.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure the availability of required raw materials, prevent inventory shortages, and facilitate storage and transportation processes to meet production demands.
- Update daily data on the CRM system to provide teams with the latest operational and production information, supporting precise decision-making.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries via phone and email regarding production processes, providing operational support to staff and other departments.
- Archive all production-related documents using approved systems, ensuring records are organized, secure, and easily accessible.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
- 3–5 years of experience in production, with significant exposure to ERP systems.
- Proficiency in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Skilled in analyzing data and generating actionable reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Comprehensive understanding of production processes and operational systems in manufacturing environments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
