Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s quality management systems to ensure that all products, services, and internal processes meet established standards and regulatory requirements. This role monitors compliance, conducts audits, identifies areas for improvement, and collaborates with various departments to support continuous quality enhancement. The position ensures that the organization consistently delivers high-quality outcomes aligned with company goals and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain quality policies, procedures, SOPs, and documentation.
- Ensure all production procedures are accurately followed, updated, and aligned with customer requirements.
- Support the establishment of quality objectives and performance indicators.
- Conduct regular internal audits to verify adherence to standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure issues are resolved effectively and on time.
- Monitor operational and production processes to ensure they meet required quality standards.
- Perform risk assessments and support departments in minimizing quality deviations.
- Participate in evaluating suppliers and external service providers when required.
- Maintain accurate quality records, inspection logs, and compliance reports.
- Prepare periodic QA reports and present findings to management.
- Work closely with production, operations, QC, and customer service teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Assist in product or service investigations in case of customer complaints or internal quality concerns.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, GMP, or other relevant regulations).
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role (preferably in manufacturing, production, or service industry).
- Experience with ISO standards, internal audits, or QMS implementation is an advantage.
- Good knowledge or experience in CRM systems (customer-related tracking, documentation, and process alignment).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
