Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by identifying, sourcing, and attracting qualified candidates. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, execute recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The specialist plays a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and supporting Markazia’s employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring priorities.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates across various channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, including job fairs, career days, and social media campaigns.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, training institutes, and professional networks to strengthen the talent pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 year's experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking and recruitment management tools.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency with professional networking platforms.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
