We’re Hiring: Account Manager – Social Media (Full-Time | On-Site – Amman)
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving successful social media projects? We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our growing team in Amman and become the main point of contact between our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow client relationships through continuous communication
- Understand client needs and develop tailored social media solutions
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, content, ads)
- Drive client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Qualifications- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent project management, organization, and time management
- Problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking ability
- Good knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development
- Experience with analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in account management or a client-facing role is a plus
