We are seeking a Marketing Leader who will define and drive Avertra’s global marketing strategy, working hand-in-hand with our Brand & Creative Lead to amplify our story across digital, enterprise, and investor audiences. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and growth.
You’ll transform complex technology narratives (AI, SAP, Mendix, utilities, digital, MiCustomer) into emotionally compelling campaigns that inspire decision-makers, attract talent, and fuel our next stage of growth.

Main Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and own Avertra’s global marketing strategy across brand, product, and regional dimensions.
- Align marketing priorities with Avertra’s revenue growth playbook.
- Partner with the CEO to craft investor and client ready narratives and ecosystem-level storytelling.
- Lead quarterly planning cycles and measure marketing ROI through data-driven KPIs (pipeline influence, brand reach, engagement, conversion).
Product & Solution Marketing
- Translate Avertra’s platforms and services into differentiated market positioning.
- Develop GTM strategies and content for key verticals — Utilities, Public Sector, Financial Services.
- Enable the sales team with powerful value messaging, case studies, playbooks, and competitive insights.
- Support proposal and RFP teams with refined brand narratives and visuals.
Brand & Content Ecosystem
- Collaborate closely with the Brand & Creative Lead to maintain a unified voice, visual identity, and content rhythm.
- Oversee the content production calendar — including blogs, LinkedIn, thought leadership, webinars, and event activations.
- Curate Avertra’s AI + Human Innovation narrative across earned, owned, and paid media channels.
- Elevate the visibility of Avertra’s leadership team through executive communications, public speaking, and awards.
Digital & Growth Marketing
- Oversee Avertra’s digital presence — website, SEO, LinkedIn, and campaign analytics.
- Manage lead generation funnels, partner campaigns, and performance marketing tied to enterprise accounts.
- Define and manage marketing tech stack integrations with CRM, lovable, n8n workflows, and analytics dashboards.
Team & Culture
- Lead and mentor a growing global marketing team (content, digital, PR, events).
- Cultivate collaboration between creative, technical, and business teams — enabling agile marketing cycles aligned with Avertra’s AI-driven innovation culture.
- Support global employer branding and internal storytelling initiatives celebrating our diverse, STEM-driven community.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related
field.
Experience
- 7+ years in marketing leadership, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS, AI, or digital transformation sectors.
- Experience marketing to enterprise and public sector clients.
- Proven experience in market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market execution
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, B2B buyer journeys, and marketing analytics
- Proven record in GTM strategy, pipeline generation, and brand storytelling.
- Strong grasp of AI, cloud, automation, and digital experience technologies, able to communicate them simply and powerfully.
- Proficiency with CRM and automation platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong writing and content creation skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Comfortable collaborating across global time zones and
- leading hybrid creative/analytical teams.
Preferences
- Experience marketing enterprise SaaS platforms or consulting services
- Familiarity with utilities, public sector, or digital transformation industries
