"Job Description:
Under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, the ABA therapist will work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorders, or other developmental disabilities. The sessions will focus on teaching communication, self-help, and play skills.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or Occupational Therapy
Fluency in English both written and spoken
Patience and a willingness to learn, and a passion to help children with special needs
Ability to sit and/or stand for long period of time
Commitment to learning and developing your personal and professional skills
Ability to tolerate aggressive behavior and/or problem behaviors.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Implement a treatment plan as written by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Collect data daily on students' programs
