Not your average QA role, we need a world-class Quality Engineering leader who thrives in complexity, owns the QA vision, and can lead a high-performing team while implementing AI-driven and automated testing at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA Vision: Build and execute a comprehensive QA strategy, set quality standards, and scale QA to keep up with rapid development and AI-driven changes.
- AI-Powered Testing: Introduce AI test generation, autonomous testing agents, and risk-based regression strategies. Validate AI workflows and decision-making logic to ensure reliability.
- Automation at Scale: Architect and own a robust automation ecosystem for UI, API, end-to-end, and performance testing. Reduce dependency on manual testing with fast, deep, and continuous test suites.
- Operational Leadership: Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing QA team. Ensure release quality, conduct root-cause analysis, and maintain accountability across engineering.
- Shape QA Culture: Implement meaningful metrics, dashboards, and KPIs. Build a culture where shipping fast and shipping safely go hand-in-hand.
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of QA experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience owning QA for large-scale SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on automation expertise (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, API testing).
- Experience integrating AI into QA workflows.
- Strong communication skills and a leadership presence — you set the standard.
- A mindset that sees QA as engineering, not just manual checking.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in EdTech or multi-tenant platforms.
- Testing AI agents, LLMs, or behavior-driven models.
- AWS and DevOps knowledge.
