Job Purpose:
We’re looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and departments to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for hiring.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, including passive candidates and diverse talent pools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and employer branding.
- Manage the offer process, including answering any queries related to the offer and ensure that candidate has all the relevant information
- Record recruitment activity in designated trackers and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress, candidate quality, and market trends.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Recruitment experience in Engineering, Architectural services or other related industries is highly preferable.
- Experience in different sourcing strategies and channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Team player, strong communication skills, self-motivated, problem-solving skills, able to manage time and resources and work under tight timeframes.
