Education:
Bachelor degree in Civil or architecture engineer.
Experience: at least 5 years of experience in civil and site construction supervision. INGOs and refugees camp experience is preferable.
Job description:
Creating final designs for each solution including BOQ’s, full specifications, method statements, tender documents and all other documents required for the implementation of the project.
Preparing the designing and infrastructure work for Playgrounds in Za’atari camp including: Designs, BoQ, technical specification and the scope of work.
Supervision of vendors/contractors to make sure that the work as QRCS standards and as the tender document, and to make sure that the vendor is working as the scheduled work plan to meet the deadlines.
Conduct site visits to measure the progress of a project and to see if everything is going according to schedule; observe and evaluate performance to see if it is meeting the goals and objectives of the company; examine facilities and equipment to see if there is a need for maintenance, repair or other resources.
Prepare work plan, to meet projects deadline and make sure of timing of projects.
Support in the preparation of tendering processes and conducting the bid analysis to select contractors for similar projects.
Work in close cooperation with all key stakeholders including government authorities, community leaders, beneficiaries, partner organizations, and other providers.
