What You will Do
- Solve problems end-to-end, not just tickets.
- Ship high-impact features across frontend (React + TypeScript) and backend (Node.js).
- Build and maintain AI-driven systems and integrations (Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, Twilio, etc.).
- Prototype and launch workflows that competitors can’t touch.
- Operate like a founder: prioritize, trade-off, and own results.
- Directly influence product roadmap and strategy.
What We are Looking For
- 2+ years building software products with experience in AI Agents.
- Full-stack skills: React + TypeScript, Node.js.
- PostgreSQL/MySQL, AWS/GCP.
- Bias for action: ship fast, iterate faster.
- Customer obsession: solve real problems.
- Founder mindset: take ownership and thrive in ambiguity.
