Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive (Outdoor) role based in Amman, Jordan. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, conducting site visits, and tracking client accounts. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to drive growth while staying informed about trends in the transportation, logistics, and marine services industry.

- Knowledge of the transportation, logistics, and marine services sectors, preferably with experience in international freight forwarding or similar industries.
- At least 3 years experience as an outdoor sales within the industry or similar industries.
- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting and lead generation.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to deliver proposals and close contracts.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred and an added advantage.
- Adaptability to work on-site and a willingness to travel for meetings and client visits.
- Proficiency in maintaining client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, a self-driven attitude, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
