One of our clients is looking for a Product Manager to join a fast-growing technology company. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact products, collaborate closely with leadership, and contribute to building and scaling meaningful user experiences.
Role Overview:
The Product Manager is obsessed with two things: building products that stakeholders love and continuously testing, learning, and improving the overall experience. You will challenge assumptions, question the status quo, and deeply understand user needs to drive value.
The role involves working with multiple internal and external stakeholders and playing a critical part in shaping product direction and execution. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
A technical background is a plus (but not required). Strong business thinking, curiosity, and the ability to design simple, feasible, and valuable solutions are essential. Previous startup experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Fully own key product areas and their performance metrics
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to experiment, iterate, and improve user experiences
- Conduct user research through interviews, focus groups, surveys, workshops, and other methods
- Understand internal workflows and processes to build effective tools and solutions
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap components
- Translate insights into clear product requirements and user experience definitions
- Build and maintain dashboards to track product health (metrics, funnels, and insights)
- Be highly data-driven; monitor user behavior and make informed product decisions
- Continuously iterate to improve user adoption and engagement
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and support teams
- Manage incoming product ideas and feedback, prioritizing them into the roadmap
- Stay up to date with modern product tools, including low-code and no-code platforms
- Build strong partnerships with engineering teams
- Ensure high-quality execution and timely releases
- Be ready to handle complex challenges in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Strong passion for building great products
- Technical degree preferred, but not required
- 4–7 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Proven track record of shipping successful digital products and features
- Solid understanding of the product development and release lifecycle
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance cross-functional needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High empathy, emotional intelligence, and openness to feedback
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
