Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior XR Developer to join our team at Beyond Universe Co. LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading XR projects end-to-end, developing immersive experiences using Unreal Engine and Unity, and deploying applications on Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro.
Responsibilities- Lead, design, and develop complete XR projects from concept to final deployment.
- Build high-quality VR/AR/XR experiences using Unreal Engine and Unity.
- Develop, optimize, and deploy applications on Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro.
- Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and developers to deliver polished, high-performance experiences.
- Ensure performance optimization, smooth interaction, and reliable spatial computing behavior.
- Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues across the XR pipeline.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices.
- Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of proven experience in XR/VR/AR development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Unreal Engine and Unity.
- Proficiency in C++ and C#.
- Experience developing and deploying applications for Meta Quest 3 and/or Apple Vision Pro.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, XR UX, and spatial computing principles.
- Strong ability to independently manage full project lifecycles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork.
Preferred Skills- Experience building interactive or simulation-based applications.
- Familiarity with networking, multiplayer systems, or real-time data integration.
- Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Maya) is an important .
- Experience with performance optimization for XR hardware.
- Ability to rapidly prototype concepts and build proof-of-concept experiences.
