They are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, healthcare, education, hospitality, and government sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in soft services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and contract renewals.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pricing models tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support strategic business decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within facilities management (soft services).
- Proven experience in client acquisition and retention, preferably in Oman or the GCC.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, pricing, and SLAs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Oman driving license is preferred.
