Sales & Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, healthcare, education, hospitality, and government sectors.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in soft services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and contract renewals.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pricing models tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support strategic business decisions.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within facilities management (soft services).
Proven experience in client acquisition and retention, preferably in Oman or the GCC.
Strong understanding of tendering processes, pricing, and SLAs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Oman driving license is preferred.
