Key Responsibilities
• Meta Campaigns: Launch, manage, and optimize ads across Meta platforms.
• Audience Targeting: Build custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences; refine segments based on results.
• Performance Optimisation: Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversions) and run A/B tests.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with design/content teams on strong visuals and copy.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage ad spend efficiently.
• Digital Strategy: Support wider digital initiatives; stay updated on Meta trends and algorithms.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Meta Suite campaign management with measurable ROI.
• Strong knowledge of audience segmentation and retargeting.
• Solid analytical skills and ability to read performance data.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimisation methods.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Ad Manager.
• Excellent English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
