HR Officer - Limited Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for junior and mid-level positions.
Coordinate and improve onboarding experience and employee induction programs.
Administer and monitor performance review cycles and feedback sessions.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs and satisfaction surveys.
Manage internal communications related to company values.
Facilitate training and development initiatives based on skills gap assessments.
Analyze turnover and engagement data to recommend action plans.
Mediate employee concerns and help reinforce a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
2–5 years of HR generalist or specialist experience in a corporate or IT setting.
Solid understanding of labor regulations in KSA and Jordan.
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Passion for team culture, engagement, and building inclusive work environments.
