We proudly take part in university fairs, school events, concerts, and community gatherings, and partner with companies and institutions to bring our donuts, coffee, and light snacks to every celebration.
Position Overview:We’re looking for a creative, outgoing, and organized Events & Partnerships Executive to lead Donuts Factory’s presence in community, school, and corporate events. This person will represent our brand with enthusiasm, manage event participation from start to finish, and build strong partnerships that expand our reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities:Events Management
- Plan, organize, and execute Donuts Factory’s participation in events (universities, schools, community gatherings, festivals, concerts, etc.)
- Coordinate logistics including booth setup, staffing, branding materials, and product supply.
- Ensure every event reflects Donuts Factory’s fun, engaging, and premium brand image.
- Track event performance and prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
Partnerships & Outreach
- Identify and establish partnerships with schools, universities, and companies to provide Donuts Factory products at their events or venues.
- Manage ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, sponsorship opportunities, and brand activations.
- Explore co-branding opportunities and creative ways to integrate Donuts Factory into partner experiences.
Marketing & Branding Support
- Work closely with the marketing team to align event activities with brand campaigns and promotions.
- Create engaging brand moments that boost awareness and customer loyalty.
- Support social media coverage during events.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in events, partnerships, or marketing (preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with people and representing a brand.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when events require.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
