As we gear up for 2026, we’re looking for an HR & Culture Manager who’s passionate about people, obsessed with building culture, and eager to make PetraRide one of the best places to work in the region.
Your Mission
You’ll be the architect of PetraRide’s 2026 culture. Driving belonging, engagement, and growth across the company. You’ll help us hire smart, nurture potential, and keep our people inspired by a shared purpose: moving lives forward.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, performance, offboarding) with a culture-first mindset.
- Design programs that make PetraRide employees proud. From onboarding experiences to recognition and growth pathways.
- Champion leadership alignment and build strong internal communication that keeps our people connected and motivated.
- Run culture pulse surveys, analyze engagement insights, and turn them into actionable change.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to craft our People & Culture roadmap for 2026.
- Introduce AI and modern HR tools.
- Own our employer brand. Telling the PetraRide story in a way that attracts purpose-driven, talented individuals who share our values.
Who You Are
- You believe HR isn’t just administration. It’s culture, communication, and growth.
- You thrive on making workplaces feel human. Balancing empathy with accountability.
- You’re fluent in technology and comfortable using AI or data tools to make better people decisions.
- You can write and speak in a way that inspires people to care and connect.
- You have 4+ years of experience in HR, talent, or culture roles (preferably in startups or tech-driven environments).
