Job Purpose:
As a Digital Relationship Officer (DRO), you will ensure a professional and welcoming experience for our customers from the moment they enter the branch. You will greet customers, direct them to the right department, and help create a seamless banking experience. You will represent the bank with professionalism and work towards promoting customer satisfaction. You’ll also assist customers with our digital channels, including the mobile app and ATMs, ensuring they can easily access all available services.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Greet and assist customers as they enter the branch, directing them to the relevant areas based on their needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Identify customer needs and fulfill them by recommending suitable bank products or services.
- Digital Banking Assistance: Assist customers in using the bank's electronic channels, including mobile app and ATMs, to ensure they can access and perform services such as transfers, bill payments, and account inquiries.
- Customer Inquiries: Professionally handle customer inquiries or requests related to their accounts, products, or services, ensuring high-quality service for all customers, regardless of classification.
- Sales and Cross-Selling: Promote and sell banking products and services to current and potential customers, increasing cross-selling opportunities to meet financial targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! No prior banking experience is required.
- Skills:Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills. Familiarity with banking products, services, and digital banking channels (mobile app, ATM) is a plus.
