Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site in Amman. This role involves creating and implementing social media strategies to grow and engage our clients’ audiences across platforms. Responsibilities include content creation, managing social media accounts, campaign execution, performance analysis, and close collaboration with the creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on camera, creating engaging video content, and editing Reels and short-form videos using modern editing tools.
A passion for digital trends and exceptional communication skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation to develop and execute effective campaigns.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing techniques to drive online visibility and engagement.
- Strong skills in video editing for Reels and short-form content, with hands-on experience using popular editing tools.
- Confidence and clarity in speaking on camera and creating engaging video content when needed.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and articulate ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies.
- Understanding of audience behavior and social media trends; experience with social media analytics tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with the digital marketing landscape are advantageous.
