Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. This includes identifying and attracting qualified candidates through effective sourcing strategies, coordinating with hiring managers to define job requirements, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. The role also involves staying current with recruitment trends and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support workforce planning and organizational growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Handle the full recruitment cycle for assigned coverage areas: source, attract, and identify suitable candidates through recruitment best practices aligned with the firm’s workforce planning.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to identify requirements based on the workforce plan and develop recruitment selection criteria.
•Prepare job postings for online channels and social media platforms.
•Perform sourcing and mapping activities to meet current and future talent needs.
•Assess resumes, prepare interview questions, and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.
•Assist in implementing sourcing strategies and establish relationships with key stakeholders, recruitment agencies, and universities to build talent pools for future needs.
•Participate in the implementation of creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies aligned with the firm’s goals, ensuring compliance with diversity efforts and initiatives.
•Attend job fairs, interact with students, and promote employer branding to attract and hire top university talents.
•Contact new joiners, agree on official joining dates, and follow up on required hiring documents
•Welcome new employees and handle their inquiries to ensure a great onboarding journey and a smooth start in their roles.
•Gather, process, and monitor new joiners' documents such as job offers, non-disclosure agreements, and other employment forms; set up employee profiles in internal HR systems.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide new joiners with necessary technical assistance and tools.
•Perform other duties within the scope assigned by the Performance Manager.
•Assume the authorities assigned the role.
•Stay up to date with the latest developments in hiring industry practices, market intelligence, benchmarking, and talent opportunities.
Qualifications
Education requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or AIHR) is an advantage.
Work experience requirements:
•4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, ideally within a multinational or professional services firm.
Knowledge / Technical Skills:
•Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and talent market trends.
•Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
•Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
•High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
