Tourism Operations Supervisor
The Tourism Operations Supervisor will oversee the organization and coordination of tour programs within Saudi Arabia through specialized teams — including product development, contracting, pricing, and field/office operations — ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Duties Include
Managing and guiding the operations team, assigning daily tasks.
Reviewing confirmed tour files and verifying all operational details.
Coordinating and following up with service providers.
Overseeing product development and continuous updates.
Monitoring and ensuring all active contracts are up to date.
Handling any operational emergencies during program execution.
Ensuring all files and statuses are updated in the tracking system.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in tourism operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
