Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional banking initiatives. This role is critical in driving strategic projects aligned with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional banking projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality standards.
- Manage project governance, risks, dependencies, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including business, IT, operations, and senior leadership.
- Drive execution of digital transformation initiatives within the bank.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to key stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (master’s degree or MBA preferred; Industrial Engineering is a plus).
- Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years within banking sector.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong exposure to regulatory-driven environments within the banking sector.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
- Agile Certified Practitioner certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, systems, and products.
- Excellent understanding of project governance, risk management, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of accountability, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
