Position: HR Specialist
📍 Location: Amman, Jordan
🕒 Type: Full-time (On-site/Hybrid)
Working Hours: 12 pm – 9 pm Amman time – Monday - Friday
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team in Amman. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the employee life cycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement. You’ll play a key role in shaping a strong company culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting our mission to empower Jordanian talent in the global market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for remote positions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Handle employee relations matter with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Monitor and support performance evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Coordinate HR initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and company culture.
- Collaborate with management to forecast hiring needs and improve HR processes.
- Strong video presentation skills; comfortable speaking on camera and creating engaging video content for social media purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- 2+ years of proven experience in HR or talent management.
- Strong understanding of Jordanian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in using HR software such as MenaITech, Microsoft Teams, and other employee monitoring tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Experience working with international or remote teams is a plus.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and creating engaging video content for social media purposes.
