Role Description
-Represent the hospital and enhance its public image.
-Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
-Coordinate with departments to improve patient experience and satisfaction.
-Assist in organizing events and promotional activities.
-Prepare reports and communication materials when needed.
-Monitor communication channels in coordination with the marketing team.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
-Minimum of 0-3 years of practical experience in patient affairs (preferably within a medical environment or large institutions)
-Strong communication skills and professional demeanor in dealing with patients, visitors, and external parties
-Proficiency in computer use and social media/communication management platforms
-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure within a collaborative team
-Preferably holds advanced training courses in Customer Service or Corporate Reputation Management
-Familiarity with quality standards and regulations applied in healthcare institutions
