JOB SUMMARY
KPMG is seeking a Customer Insights / Analytics & Voice of the Customer (VoC) Consultant to join our Customer Solutions practice. The role supports the design and delivery of customer insight initiatives by assisting in data analysis, survey execution, reporting, and dashboard development. The consultant will work closely with senior team members to help translate customer feedback and data into clear insights that support improved customer experience and business performance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the design and execution of customer satisfaction surveys and VoC programs.
• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing customer data from multiple sources.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing key insights.
• Support implementation and configuration activities on platforms such as Qualtrics or Medallia.
• Conduct basic quantitative and qualitative analysis under supervision.
• Contribute to client workshops, meetings, and documentation.
• Monitor customer KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, and CES.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENICES & SKILLS
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong academic record.
• Basic understanding of customer experience and customer journey concepts.
• Interest in data analytics and customer insights.
YEARS OF EXPEREINCE
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, analytics, customer experience, research, or related fields (internship experience considered).
• must have a prior experience on a big4 offshore hub
