Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to drive business growth and expand the company’s market share in KSA. The role is responsible for leading the sales function, developing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, expanding distribution channels, and strengthening client relationships across the market. The successful candidate must also demonstrate the flexibility and willingness to relocate to Riyadh, KSA.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
- Lead and drive sales growth across the KSA market.
- Manage and support sales teams and branches to ensure achievement of targets.
- Identify, develop, and open new sales channels to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Maintain continuous communication with customers to promote company products and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to monitor trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Execute growth plans aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in the Saudi or GCC agricultural markets.
- Strong knowledge of the KSA market dynamics and distribution landscape.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Good computer skills (MS Office and reporting tools).
